Doris Moore Bailey, President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of The Bailey Group, is multifaceted woman of accomplishment, wisdom, and power in both her private and professional life. Moore Bailey has more than a quarter of century of invaluable and productive experience working with our youth, and more than thirteen years of innovative experience as a manager and marketing director for a national youth organization. She developed and implemented a successful in-school mentoring initiative which spanned 11 years, served 26 schools in four Florida counties, reaching more than 8,000 youth. As a former educator at one of the largest middle schools east of the Mississippi River and Adjunct Professor at a local community college, Moore Bailey understands the importance of equality education and the impact of mentoring. This former YMCA Youth Program Coordinator believes no one achieves a successful life without the influence of positive mentoring.
